Travel over the weekend from Oakland/SF to ??
Im looking for recommendations to fly from Bay Area to a nice place for a friend who is celebrating his one year wedding anniversary. Please suggest some places for Fri-Monday and things to do in a nice city....gotta be romantic things! :)

San Diego would be nice within the state. Out of state Seattle. Could have a fun time in New Orleans nice romatic dinners, walks

A weekend in Las Vegas is a good option as well. Excellent restuarants, entertainment, and setting (as long as you steer clear of the 'family hotels' like Excalibur and Circus Circus). Mandalay Bay, Bellagio, Venetian, and Wynn are some of the more classy resorts. And it's only a one hour flight from San Francisco
